In the event of a purchase that is not compatible with the indicated engine, Rubio's ignitions will have the right to check the problems and if necessary replace the components with more suitable ones.

If it is necessary to check the operation of the purchased product, the customer must send the goods at his own expense to Rubio's Ignitions who will have the right to send the goods to the manufacturer for further and more specific checks and if the result of the tests establishes a manufacturing defect, the warranty will be recognized and the defective component replaced, otherwise, any replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.

The estimated time for the verification is to be considered about 1 month, not binding for the parties.

The assembly of our products must only be carried out by highly qualified persons

Rubio's Ignitions will not be liable in any way for damage caused by incorrect assembly or setting of the components purchased.
